1 - A Small Group can accommodate between 2-6 participants

2 - A total of 4 sessions; recommended for new members to learn proper form, improve their technique, and help determine appropriate weight to achieve fat loss results and build muscle; or recommended for athletes to maintain their muscle and supplement their Group Exercise Class routines

3 - A total of 8 sessions; recommended for athletes already accustomed to daily exercise

4 - A total of 12 sessions; recommended for elite athletes wishing to achieve accelerated goals
