Your story should answer the following in a narrative format…

  • What is/was your goal?
  • Are you still working towards your goal or are you maintaining?
  • How long have you been following a healthy lifestyle?
  • Why did you get started?
  • How many meals do you have per day? How many snacks?
  • Are you currently exercising? If so, how long have you been exercising?
  • What is your workout regime?
  • How many days per week do you exercise?
  • How much time do you devote to exercising per day?
  • Do you do cardio, strength training, both or neither?
  • How has following your healthy lifestyle changed your life?
  • Has SWEAT been a part in your transformation?
  • If so, how?
    • Which classes have helped you the most?
    • Have we helped you with your nutrition?
    • Have you worked with a personal trainer?

 

Official Rules

  1. Contest is open to non-members, new guests, existing members and prior members who have not been a member for 90-days; excludes recently cancelled members who are less than 90-days although, they can register if they reinstate their membership prior to the contest conclusion date of September 30th, 2017.
  2. Must be 21 years or older
  3. You MUST use a minimum of 250 words to describe your story
  4. Submissions will begin June 1st and conclude on September 30th, 2017  
  5. Only 1 entry per person; but you may contact us if you would like to update your entry
  6. Only one winner will be selected no later than October 15th, 2017
  7. Winner will be announced via post on our Facebook and Instagram pages and also contacted directly via email and/or phone information provided
  8. By entering contest, you agree to grant SWEAT, LLC (dba SWEAT Stockton, SWEAT Fitness Center) permission to use your submitted success story and photo to inspire and motivate others through email or social media campaigns. You will also be added to our email database to receive motivational emails
